Number of participants
Activities require a minimum of 2 participants to take place.

Individual bookings
Individual bookings are accepted as long as there are other participants or groups registered for the same activity.

Payment and cancellations
All bookings must be paid in advance.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. After this period, the activity fee will not be refunded. However, a voucher may be issued for future use.

Payment methods
Payment must be made via bank transfer or Bizum, and the booking will be confirmed once the quote is accepted.

Weather-related cancellations
In case of bad weather or insufficient water flow in the canyon, the activity may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons.
In such cases, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.

Insurance
All participants are covered by the corresponding insurance provided by ADN Pirineus.

Information about prior injuries
It is mandatory to inform the guide of any serious injury or pre-existing medical condition before the activity.

Minimum physical condition
A minimum level of physical fitness appropriate to the activity is required.
The guide reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet the necessary requirements, in order to ensure the safety of the group.
