Do I need to know how to swim to go rafting?

It’s not essential, but you should feel comfortable in the water. Everyone wears a life jacket and helmet throughout the activity.

What's the minimum age for rafting?

In summer, from 7 years old. In spring, since the river flow is usually stronger, please contact us before booking to confirm your chosen route is suitable for your age and fitness level.

What happens if the river flow isn't good?

If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll offer you an alternative date or a refund.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit and a change of clothes. We provide the wetsuit, helmet, and life jacket.

What if I can't make it after all? Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity. After that, the price won’t be refunded, but you’ll receive a voucher redeemable for another date.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If conditions aren’t suitable (bad weather or low water flow), we’ll look for an alternative or reschedule the activity. Otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund.

Is rafting safe?

Absolutely! We have certified guides, approved equipment, insurance, and strict protocols so you only need to worry about having fun.
