Any doubts before going canyoning?

Here you’ll find important information that will be useful before your activity.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for… click here:

What exactly is canyoning?

Canyoning is an adventure sport that combines hiking, jumping, rappelling, and moving through canyons with water, rock, and nature. It’s perfect for adrenaline and discovering hidden places.

What equipment should I bring for canyoning?

Sports shoes (they will get wet), a swimsuit, technical clothing for the approach, and a desire to have fun.

We provide all safety equipment (harness, wetsuit, helmet, ropes).

What fitness level do I need?

It depends on the canyon you choose. We offer options for beginners and advanced participants. We always help you choose the activity that suits your level—just contact us!

A minimum level of physical fitness is required. The guide may refuse participation if the client does not meet the minimum requirements.

I don’t like jumping… can I still go canyoning?

Don’t worry, jumps are always optional. If you don’t feel comfortable, we’ll set up a rappel instead!

From what age can canyoning be done?

The minimum age is 12 years old, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. If you’re a family looking for adventure, we highly recommend the Berròs Canyon and the Salt del Botanal Via Ferrata. Both kids and adults will love it!

I’ve never done canyoning before, do I need prior experience?

No, you don’t! If it’s your first time, choose a beginner-level activity to get started in adventure sports 😉

What if I can’t come in the end? Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity. After that, the activity fee will not be refunded, but you will receive a voucher for another date.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If conditions are not suitable (bad weather or low water flow), we will look for an alternative or reschedule the activity. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

Is canyoning safe?

Absolutely! We work with certified guides, approved equipment, insurance, and strict protocols so you only need to focus on enjoying the experience.
